Instructions

- Add Sweetened Condensed Milk: Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the graham cracker crust and spread it to cover completely, reaching the edges of the pan.
- Top with Ingredients: Sprinkle the quick oats, semi-sweet chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, white chocolate chips, and holiday M&Ms evenly over the sweetened condensed milk layer.
- Bake the Bars: Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the toppings are melted and slightly bubbly.
- Cool and Serve: Remove the pan from the oven and allow the bars to cool for at least 15 minutes at room temperature. Cut into 15 bars and serve warm or at room temperature.
