Description

A refreshing and fruity frozen cocktail featuring rosé wine and sweet strawberries, perfect for a cool summer treat.

  • 2 cups Frozen strawberries
  • 2 cups Rosé wine
  • ¼ cup Simple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 4-5 Ice cubes


Instructions

  1. Blend ingredients: Put all ingredients into your blender and mix until the mixture has a smooth consistency, which will take around 30-60 seconds depending on your blender's power.
  2. Serve and garnish: Pour the frosé into glasses and garnish with strawberries for a delightful presentation.

Notes

  • You can also use granulated sugar, strawberry syrup, or another sweetener of your choice. Omit sweetener completely if you prefer a less sweet drink.
  • Use a rosé wine that you would enjoy drinking on its own, whether dry or sweet. White wine can be substituted if preferred.
  • For an extra kick, add 1 ounce of vodka per serving; you might also want to increase the amount of ice accordingly.
