- 2 ¾ cups (468g) white chocolate chips
- 10 Oreos, chopped, plus a few additional broken Oreos for the top
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan: Line an 8 or 9 inch square baking dish with aluminum foil, ensuring the foil extends up the sides of the pan. Set aside.
- Combine Ingredients: In a microwave-safe glass bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips. Stir them together with a spatula until mixed.
- Microwave and Stir: Microwave the mixture on full power for 1 minute. Stir thoroughly until the chocolate chips melt completely and the mixture is smooth. Avoid overcooking as it can cause the fudge to become crumbly.
- Add Flavorings: Stir in the chopped Oreos, salt, and vanilla extract until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Transfer and Set: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Press extra broken Oreos on top if desired. Let the fudge set at room temperature for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
- Serve and Store: Once set, remove the fudge from the pan using the foil, cut into 25 squares, and store in an airtight container at room temperature for 1 to 2 weeks.
