- 70 Hershey's Hugs chocolates (from nearly 1 full 12 oz package), unwrapped
- 70 Milk Chocolate M&M's, preferably from red and green Christmas package

- Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit and line a cookie sheet with a Silpat or parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Arrange pretzels: Place the 70 square pretzels in a single layer on the prepared cookie sheet, ensuring they aren’t overlapping.
- Add chocolates: Place one unwrapped Hershey's Hug chocolate on top of each pretzel.
- Bake: Bake the pretzels with chocolate in the preheated oven for 5 minutes, or until the chocolates become shiny and soft but still hold their shape without melting completely.
- Top with M&M's: Remove the cookie sheet from the oven and immediately place one Milk Chocolate M&M in the center of each softened Hug chocolate. Press down lightly on each M&M to spread the chocolate gently.
- Set chocolates: Place the pretzels in the freezer or refrigerator and allow them to rest for 15 minutes until the chocolate has fully set.
