- 4 packets ramen noodles, discard flavor packet
- 4 cups tomato sauce
- 2 cups grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-x-8-inch casserole dish lightly with baking spray and place it on a baking tray for easier handling.
- Prepare Ramen Noodles: Break each square of the ramen noodles in half down the middle to create smaller layers that fit well in the dish.
- Layer First: Place one layer of the broken ramen noodles evenly on the bottom of the prepared casserole dish. Spread 2 cups of tomato sauce over the noodles, then sprinkle with 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese followed by 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Layer Second: Repeat the layering process by adding the second half of the ramen noodles on top of the first layer. Cover this with the remaining 2 cups of tomato sauce, followed by the remaining 1 cup of parmesan and 1 cup of mozzarella cheeses.
- Bake: Bake the assembled ramen lasagna for 30 minutes until the sauce is bubbling and the cheese is fully melted and golden around the edges.
- Serve: Remove from the oven and serve immediately while hot to enjoy the melty, savory layers.
