- Melt Caramel: Combine the unwrapped caramels with heavy cream and microwave for 2 minutes until fully melted, stirring halfway through to ensure smoothness.
- Drizzle Caramel: Evenly drizzle the melted caramel over the pretzels to add a rich, sweet layer.
- Drizzle Remaining Chocolate: Drizzle the remaining one-third melted chocolate over the caramel and pretzels to finish the bark.
- Chill: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and chill until the bark is completely set and firm, about 1 hour.
- Serve: Break the bark into pieces and serve or store in an airtight container.
