- 1 oz dill pickle brine
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 1/2 oz lime juice

- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup hot sauce (e.g., Frank's)
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Prepare the Rim: Brush the rim of your cocktail glass with honey. Pour 1-2 tablespoons of Tajin seasoning on a shallow plate, then dip and roll the glass rim into the Tajin, shaking off any excess.
- Mix the Cocktail: In a shaker, combine the tequila, dill pickle brine, Cointreau, lime juice, and hot honey. Add ice and shake vigorously until the mixture is chilled.
- Assemble the Drink: Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass. Top it off with sparkling water for a refreshing finish.
- Garnish: Add mini dill pickles as a garnish to enhance the presentation and flavor.
- Make Hot Honey (optional): In a small saucepan, combine honey, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes. Heat over medium heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring until all granules dissolve. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks at room temperature or longer in the refrigerator.
